fake ip in perl?

i am working on a service. there is a limit in site. If i can send fake ip in http:request there wont be any limit in service. Can you help me pls?

There is no way you can send a fake ip, the ip address is part of the low level network protocol. If you could change the ip in the request, you'll not be able to receive the reply because it would be returned to the "fake ip".
If you have your server at home and your provider gives you a dynamic ip you can renew your own ip, and hope that your provider gives you a new one.
Otherwise you should use a pool of proxies, but this will make things even worst because there are many other people using the same proxy.
